Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity competent for the place where the service is provided:

Privacy policy
The data controller is Pedro Miguel Guerreiro Marques (contacts above), info@homeinlagos.com.
Through the Request availability form we collect: your name, email, requested dates, number of guests and any message you send us.
The form opens the email app on your device and sends the message to info@homeinlagos.com. The site does not store your data on a server of ours.
Your data is used only to reply to your request, take pre-contractual steps and manage any resulting booking.
The legal basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data is kept for as long as needed for our relationship and for the applicable legal and tax periods.
This site does not use analytics cookies or marketing trackers. It uses local storage only to remember your language choice, loads fonts from Google Fonts and fetches house availability from our own service.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by contacting info@homeinlagos.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
