Meet the housesThe houses

Lagos · Old Town
A century-old house, built the old way and restored a few years ago without losing its bones — the thick walls, the high ceilings, the original plan are all still there, now with the charm only time gives. It sits on a quiet street in the old town, yet close enough to hear the waves and the gulls from the beach.

Lagos · Old Town · formerly Almerinda Center
A small house, once a fishing family's home, rebuilt by our grandparents and kept exactly as they left it — the same lines, the same walls, the same plan drawn by people who built it to live in. Modern airs never reached it, and that is what makes it rare: you sleep inside a family's memory. In the old town, five minutes on foot from the beach and from the busy streets, with the waves and the gulls somewhere in the distance.

Lagos · Old Town · formerly Almerinda Garden
An old fisherman's house, recently restored with its original architecture kept intact, and two beautiful sun-filled terraces. At the back, the view opens onto a walled garden no one can enter, enclosed by the old city walls, where only the birds walk. In the old town, five minutes on foot from the busy streets and ten from the nearest beaches — close enough to feel the night breeze off the sea and the chatter of the birds.

Lagos · V2 · formerly Fig Tree House
An old fisherman's house, restored by our grandparents and unchanged in its lines ever since — nothing in it was done to please a fashion. It has a terrace, which is where the day ends, and where the name comes from: the fig trees beside it, whose scent in summer is unmistakable. In the old town, five minutes on foot from the busy streets and five more from the nearest beaches, with the sea breeze at night and seabirds in the distance.

Lagos · Old Town
An old fisherman's house of later architecture, restored with its structure kept and the charm of a light, sunlit home added. It has an eight-square-metre terrace. Inside the walls of the old town, five minutes on foot from the busy streets and five more from the nearest beaches, on a quiet street where at night there is only the sea breeze and the chatter of seabirds down on the beach.

Lagos · Old Town
In the same building as Lemon: an old fisherman's house of later architecture, restored with its structure kept and the charm of a light, sunlit home added. Inside the walls of the old town, five minutes on foot from the busy streets and five more from the nearest beaches, on a quiet street where at night there is only the sea breeze and the chatter of seabirds down on the beach.
