An old fisherman's house, recently restored with its original architecture kept intact, and two beautiful sun-filled terraces. At the back, the view opens onto a walled garden no one can enter, enclosed by the old city walls, where only the birds wander.
It is the largest of our houses and the best for a family or two couples: three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a bright and airy living room, and the terraces where breakfasts are taken and days end. With room for everyone to have their own corner.

Where it is
In the old town of Lagos, on a residential street without shops, right by the city walls. The busy streets are five minutes on foot and the nearest beaches about ten. At night you feel the sea breeze and hear the birds in the garden.
Parking. Anel Verde car park (paid), about 300 m away (around 4 minutes on foot). There is also public parking outside the walls.
Arrival and stay
Check-in from 16:00 · Check-out by 10:00
Check-in is done in person or, when arranged, via a key lockbox by the door. Access instructions are sent before arrival. Times outside the usual window depend on availability and are arranged in advance.
Minimum stay. The minimum stay is 5 nights. We make an exception when the calendar leaves a gap of 2 or 3 nights between bookings: if you see one of those gaps free, just ask.
House rules
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not accepted.
- No parties or events: the houses are for accommodation.
- Quiet between 10 pm and 8 am: this is a residential area, with neighbours door to door.
- The stated capacity is the maximum. We do not provide extra beds or cots.
- No security deposit, and no municipal tourist tax in Lagos.

Booking directly with us gets you 10% off the Airbnb rate and no platform fees. We confirm availability personally, usually within the hour; the booking is confirmed with a 30% deposit and the balance up to 15 days before arrival.
